To assist us with this expansion programme we require career-minded individuals looking for their first opportunity in recruitment. We are inviting applications from candidates to be based primarily onsite with our Client in Cowley and also at Redditch (2/3 times per week). The ideal candidate will possess a Sales/Customer Service background accompanied with excellent communication and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities for the role include Driver Attraction/Retention Delivery of Service Level Agreements Allocating Shift to Drivers Drivers Payroll Client Liaison The salary for this position will be between £13,000 to 16,000 (dependant on experience). In addition we also offer a Bupa healthcare scheme, after a qualifying period. The successful candidate will be required to work between Cowley and Redditch, therefore, your own transport is essential, and a travel allowance would be paid per mile.
